Sample Salad Menu 3
  • Marinated vegetable salad with mushrooms, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese balls (artichokes, optional).
  • Traditional Potato Salad - Baby red potatoes, celery, onions, hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise and mustard - dressing.
  • Potato Salad - Baby red potatoes, green onions w/ a sour cream and dill dressing.
  • Pasta Salad - with celery, onions and a fresh basil pesto.
  • Penne Pasta Salad with artichokes, diced tomatoes, broccoli, black olives, sliced mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and fresh garlic and feta cheese with a red wine or balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Tabbouleh Salad with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, scallions, black olives, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, and sliced red onions, with an orange poppy seed dressing.
  • Tri Colored Bell Peppers with pea pods, bean sprouts, and broccoli with a spicy ginger and garlic dressing.
  • Oriental Beef and Broccoli Salad- Roast beef, broccoli, bok choy, chinese cabbage red and green bell peppers, and bean sprouts, tossed with a sesame soy dressing.
  • Spring salad w/ halved grapes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shallots, fresh basil, green and yellow bell peppers, fresh avocado w/ a red wine vinaigrette
  • White and wild rice - with strawberries, kiwi and grapes, with a fruited yogurt dressing.

Salads may be served as light lunches, As a buffet item or as a dinner salad.
