  • Mesclun Greens with strawberries, apricots, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, Sunflower seeds and coconut with a strawberry and hazel nut dressing
  • Mesclun Greens with citrus fruits, chopped walnuts and a raspberry vinaigrette.
  • Mesclun Greens with traditional vegetables and two dressings.
  • Mesclun Greens with poached pears, blue cheese, sweet and spicy walnuts and a pear vinaigrette
  • Spinach Salad with grilled chicken, pea pods, bean sprouts and a Thai dressing.
  • Spinach salad with goat cheese, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, black olives, red wine vinaigrette
  • Fresh Chicken Salad with celery, scallions, fresh ginger tossed with apple raisin chutney
  • Fresh Chicken Salad with celery, red onion, chopped walnuts, grapes and a mayonnaise dressing.
