  • Mesclun Greens with strawberries, apricots, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, Sunflower seeds and coconut with a strawberry and hazel nut dressing
  • Tomato and fresh mozzarella cheese with fresh basil chiffonade, drizzled with olive oil and cracked black pepper.
  • Cobb Salad - Mesclun greens, grilled chicken breast, crumbled blue cheese, chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, and fresh grated cheddar cheese, red onion, scallions served with two dressings.
  • Mexican Salad- Mixed greens, Mexican spiced grilled chicken, sour cream, gaucamole, salsa, red onions, tomato, black olives, cheddar cheese with a dressing.
  • Nicosie -Tuna fish, baby red potatoes, green beans, hard boiled eggs, red onions, tomatoes, on mesclun greens w/ choice of two dressings.
  • Seafood Salad - Risotto with calamari, shrimp, mussels, clams and a whole grain mustard - lemon dressing, served on a bed of fresh greens, and garnished with fresh lemons.

Salads may be served as light lunches or as a buffet item.
