  • Mesclun Greens w/pears, peaches, pineapple, mandarin oranges, chopped walnuts and a raspberry vinaigrette.
  • Spinach Salad with goat cheese, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, black olives and a red wine vinaigrette.
  • Fresh Chicken Salad with celery, scallions, ginger and tossed with an apple and raisin chutney.
  • Fresh Chicken Salad with celery, onions, halved grapes, chopped walnuts and a mayo dressing.
  • Potato Salad with baby red potatoes, celery, onions, hard boiled eggs, mayo and mustard with seasonings.
  • Oriental Beef and Broccoli Salad with roast beef, broccoli, bok choy, red and green bell peppers, bean sprouts and tossed with a sesame soy dressing
